About Us:
Established in 1985, Lucky Industry Development (Brake pads) Co. Ltd specializes in friction parts for all types of trucks, buses, 4x4s and small passenger cars. We consult with experienced technicians from the US, Japan and Germany, so our formulations are among the most advanced in the industry. Our R&D team, composed of engineers with 20 years of industry experience, offers you products with a reliable friction coefficient level, long lining life and noise-free motors.
To keep our original formulations consistent in the production line, we've assigned R&D engineers to work hand in hand with our 50-strong quality control team. We also send random samples to Link Testing Laboratories for compressibility tests, damping tests, rubbing tests on a simulated brake drum, and friction assessment and screening tests (FAST).
We use imported raw materials that are free from asbestos and other harmful ingredients, so our products are environment-friendly. Our annual production capacity is 100,000 tons. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000, SGS, TUV and TS/ISO 16949 certified.
We supply to some of the biggest names in the China automotive industry, including Dongfeng Dana Axle, Huayang Meritor, North-Mercedes Axle Factory, Xiamen Kinglong, Jiangsu Hengli Brake System Manufacturing, Dongfeng Hangzhou Automobile and Dongfeng Nissan Diesel Motor.
