1) brake rotor, brake drum and heavy duty drum:
We are the largest, earliest and leading manufacturer of exporting brake rotor and brake drum in China. Producing more than 2300 items, exporting over 4000 20 ctnrs per year. We built heavy duty drum company in 2003, the new company occupy an area of 320, 000 square meters. Producing ability is 3000 20ctnrs / year.
2) brake pad:
Longji group established the largest brake pads workshop of China occupying an area of 15, 000 square meters. Annual production is 10 million sets. We manufacture brake pad with the best material, machining facility and whole checking apparatus in 5 different materials: Ceramic, composite fibre, copper-fibre, semi-metallic, and organic. The ceramic material is best material for all over the world now and could provide the outstanding performance than other material. All our materials are non-asbestos and the friction grade is ff. We are one of the members of fmsi and our pads had passed the examination of link testing. Now we have more than 500 part numbers.
3) water pump:
Our company is the OEM of China first automobile group corp. And China second automobile group corp. Etc. We started supplying our water pumps to these companies since 1985. We developing exporting water pumps in 1999. And now, we have about 200 part numbers. Annual producing ability is 20 million sets.
