Longchang Railway Materials Factory belongs to Materials General Corporation of Ministry of Railways which was built in 1966 and is one of the largest manufacturers of stretch fasteners in China with total capital of 140 million RMB. There are more than 600 staff members, 3 divisions, 4 workshops and 16 section offices. We have strong technique strength and 158 technicians with middle and senior titles. 80% of our operators are graduated from senior high schools and secondary vocational schools. We possesses 540 sets of equipment and 4 workshops mainly engaging in railway fasteners which include type-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, WJ-7, WJ-8 fastener systems and parts, standard and special screw spikes, bolts, nuts, fish bolts, fishplates, screw spikes, all models of turnout bolts (crossing bolt is the only one manufacturer get the approval by MOR), all kinds of spring washers, casting base plates, tie plates, casting shoulders, anchors, nylon insulators, HDPE and nylon dowels, EVA and rubber rail pads, low and high friction brake shoes and anchor clamps for electric railway networks.
Our annual output is 50,000 tons of different types of fasteners and 20 million pieces of clips. Our factory possesses advanced technique, fine instruments and a set of complete inspection equipment and is the only enterprise with "electro hydraulic servo fatigue trial equipment" and the most advanced brake shoe experimental equipment in China.
Our factory possesses 40 years managing experience in the manufacture of railway fasteners. More than 25% of our products sell well in domestic market, covering 13 railway bureaus and 12 railway engineering bureaus. All Chinese important projects use our products, such as Tibet-Qinghai Railway and Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Lines. We started export business in 1992.
